This is my grandson Eli at just a few weeks old lying on the chevron quilt 

I made for him. It is the first quilt I made using just Kona solid fabrics.

I love the clean contemporary look and the great colors. The teal blue

 fabric just happened to match the accent color in his nursery.

Be watching for a future post of the quilt I'm currently working on

 for my new granddaughter Madeline. It is also made using Kona 

solid fabrics but is a completely different design. 

Yes, this has been a wonderful and blessed time

 for our family with the addition of these two little sweeties!
